Prof. Mingshan Xue, Nanchang Hangkong University, China

Mingshan Xue: Professor, leader of the discipline team, postgraduate tutor of School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanchang Hangkong University. In 2009, he graduated from the institute of physics, Chinese academy of sciences, majoring in condensed matter physics. He has been successively selected into the "Hundred and Ten million Talents Project" of Jiangxi province, "Young Scientist" of Jiangxi province, "Young Academic Leader of "qinglan project" of Jiangsu province, and "Young Talents Development Plan" of Nanchang Hangkong University. He Mainly engaged in the research on the surface waterproofing protection and heat and mass transfer performance of functional materials and devices. He has presided over 4 projects of national natural science foundation of China (NSFC), 8 provincial and ministerial projects such as major projects of provincial natural science foundation, and participated in more than 10 national and provincial projects such as science and technology support plan of ministry of science and technology and international cooperation projects. He won the second prize of Jiangxi Province Natural Science Award in 2017 (ranked first), the excellence award of China Industry-university-research Cooperation Innovation and Promotion Award in 2019 (ranked fourth), and the "Outstanding Young Teacher" award of China Electroplating Association in 2015. He is the executive director of the National Research Association for the Development of New Materials Technology, a member of the American Chemical Society, and a lifetime member of the Chinese Physical Society. He has published more than 80 SCI papers on international academic journals (over 1,400 citations, 23 h-index), and applied/authorized more than 20 national invention patents. He has been invited to serve as the project assessor and acceptance expert of the NSFC, the National Natural Science Foundation of Poland, the Academic Level Office of the Ministry of Education, and the Provincial Science and Technology Department.
